I am a first year student who currently lives in NCRH. the building is cleaned regularly, but because of that, the building becomes very noisy early the morning from house keepers. Other students also like to party and have a little fun which can keep you up later at night. I had a few maintenance issues with mold and ventilation that they took care of almost right away. Everyone here is very nice and it has been a great experience overall
