Evers Residence Hall Dorm Reviews at Del State

I live living in the Dorm, my fellow dorm-mate are nice, friendly, sometimes noisy, however, it is manageable. The only negative bout living in Evers is the fact that we ane not allowed to bring it Microwave or fridge

Evers is very comfy and the residents that I live with are fun to be around. We all have each others backs and make sure that if anyone has a problem we get it sorted out so that we all can live together in peace.

So far it’s quiet. It’s not very clean. The showers and toilets are communal. It’s both men and women in the building. The dorm rooms are common, two beds, two desks with chairs and two closets. The air conditioning is cold!

Being at Evers Hall has been a wonderful experience because the RA's are very helpful and are always available when we need them. Also, everyone is very nice here and it is pretty clean it is just that the building is very old.

It’s a Typical HBCU dorm. Community Bathroom and two students to a room. The rooms are roughly 13’x16’. This is one of the lower housing options on the campus. It’s not a Terrible experience but Shower Shoes are definitely recommended.

Great location on campus. Was perfect distance for all my classes and dinning hall. Need upgrading and beef up security. Bathrooms need additional cleaning due to communal usage. Security needs tightening up.

Living in Evers was not that bad, but the bathrooms were really nasty, the kitchen kind of had a bad smell, it did not get noisy, and the staff is very helpful. There was not too many bugs but we definitely had them.

Evers Residence Hall was a great experience. We were separated by wings and we were all very close and made my experience as a freshman great. The home-like experience made it easier to be away from home.

Evers Residence Hall is a freshman dorm at Delaware State University. There are some common areas in the residence hall that could be better for the students. Evers Residence Hall has great staff and friendly people that work there. However, Evers Residence Hall is an older dormitory on campus. Evers hall should be remodeled to increase the satisfaction of the students that are incoming freshman.
