Phelps Hall - Sellers Hall Dorm Reviews at EMU

Although my first experience in a college dorm was overall positive, the initial few months presented challenges due to subpar living conditions. The absence of air conditioning proved to be a significant issue, causing discomfort for both myself and my roommates. The outdated appearance of the dorms further diminished the overall appeal. I think renovating the dormitories, including the installation of air conditioning units, is necessary to improve the living standards and create a more inviting atmosphere for residents.

Phelps-sellers hall is a great place to start college. I met a lot of people there and made life long friends. it is in the middle of campus, so there is access to a lot of things on campus. RA's had events in the lobby which made it an even better experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two years in this dorm. I was very active on campus and was also a Multicultural Peer Advisor. The people on staff, the faculty and professors were like family. I would not Chang a thing about my undergraduate experience.
