Faircloth is a very old residence hall and has not had an update since it was built. There is always a different odd smell when you walk in. It's also not very clean because all of the furniture and appliance are very old. The dorms have carpet walls and old wood floors. The bathrooms also haven't been updated so there are very odd spots and smudges that have provable been their for years. I know of some people finding mold in their bathroom ceilings.
