Earhart (Amelia) Residence Hall Dorm Reviews at Purdue

It wasn't the worst experience but definitely not the best. The dorm is pretty standard and the experience is typically what you'd expect for Purdue dorms. The only perks I'd say are that it's close to Earhart Dining Court and the common area is pretty chill.

I was an RA here and found constant conflicts having to do with noise issues or my floor being infested with cockroaches and no exterminators coming to help even after several requests. The building is set up so that boys are on one wing and girls on the other, and I had numerous incidents in the middle of the night where the boys would use the laundry room in the basement to cross over to the girls' wing, as there were zero security measures down there.

Iβm a freshman at Purdue University and so far I have absolutely loved it here at Earhart. The room is a standard double, so itβs not a huge room, but depending on how you set it up, you should be fine. Sharing the public bathroom with so many girls can suck at times, but itβs not too bad. And I love hanging out with my friends in the common area!
