When I first moved in I didn't expect my room to be as dirty as it was, basically most of my move-in time was taken up by deep cleaning the whole room. There were maintenance request that I submitted (several times) that took weeks to get fixed. The space in the dorms are pretty small but still manageable. The common areas are great if you need to get out of the dorm for a little bit but they could definitely use some cleaning here and there. The kitchen area for the building is pretty dirty so I would say bring some wipes to wipe it down before you use it but besides that it works great to make any meals you have in mind. The laundry room is small, the washers are actually a lot smaller than the dryers. The location is on the edge of campus and personally is far for me to get to my classes that are on the other side of campus but the walk is actually relaxing and having the lawn right in front of our building looks really nice. Overall this dorm is comfortable enough to call home for now.
