Trinkle Hall Dorm Reviews at Radford

My experience at Trinkle Hall my freshman year of college wasn't horrible, but it's definitively not a place that I plan to live again. The dorm itself was a good size, but the stained walls and crumbling ceiling was extremely noticeable and remained unfixed throughout my time there. It's a safe dorm, as long as you lock your door and keep a general sense of your surroundings. The RA of my floor was borderline useless against any unwelcome noise or company. She regularly held parties in her room each week and was not at all good at her job.

I enjoyed living in Trinkle Hall. It was not very noisy and it was conveniently located next to the gym and several dining halls. The building was clean and the staff was friendly! I would recommend prospective students to live in Trinkle.

very quiet good location, i worst part is walking up the hill an how i was rigth next to the bonnie so i got fat also far away from muse and star bucks but great place to be if your an art student :_)

Trinkle is home to the art and design majors also know as an LLC(Living learning community). They have a dance studio in the basement. The also have two lounges. One on the first floor with a kitchen and tv sitting area and on the second floor they have a study area also with a kitchen. Some of the rooms are spacious and some are decent sizes. You have to share a bathroom with the people beside you and they are your suite mates. Very quiet for the most part. You'll never hear a loud tv if your in your room or someones yelling in the hall. The walls are pretty thick compared to some other dorms. This dorm hall is right in front of the bonnie and the rec center. Trinkle is not that far from the post office, the bookstore and dalton. Overall my experience at Trinkle was pleasant and everyone seemed to have a positive attitude.

It has been great. Everyone is so sweet! The staff cleans everyday. And it is very through. The RA’s are very polite. If there is an issue, they will solve it without warning the rest of the dorm. Everyone here is so creative!!
