The Douglas costs way too much for the type of space they provide, especially since it is for college students. There should be some sort of financial aid option or rent deduction available for lower-income students. The noise level is outrageous and the cleaning crew does not thoroughly clean the apartments before move-in. This is appalling, especially during a pandemic.
