Gaines Hall Dorm Reviews at St. Lawrence

Moderately clean building with divided halls to enable bonding between first years. Aided in the development of friendships with highly involved peer counselors and RAs. Rooms are not equal in size as some are spacious and others are crammed triples. A laundry room is available on each hall however they are prone to breaking and bathrooms have yellow tinted lighting with some stalls darker than others.

Gaines is a great community. You will meet some great people there. Since the hall is so small, it is easy to form a tight knit community where you will find some amazing friends. Only downside is the location being relatively far away from campus, but it is worth it.
