Nike 103 Dorm Reviews at UCF

The college dorm experience is a unique and often transformative aspect of a student's higher education journey. For me, it was a rite of passage that shaped the social, emotional, and personal development of my college experience.

It was an average dormitory experience. However, having four people sharing the same bathroom got to be rather annoying at times. As far as location, it is one of the more convenient spots on campus to live. In some of the buildings, there is a distinct mold smell but it's tolerable. There was occasionally trash in/around the building. While I was living there, the common area was out of commission for the first half of the year, and once they were opened I rarely ever used it. Overall, you get what you pay for when staying at Nike.

I absolutely loved my experience in Nike. Compared to many dorms I have seen, they are well maintained and always clean. The community is great and there is so much to do, but it is never loud. Just as well, it is such a safe place. The campus police are near by, making you feel even better about where you are.

Nike 103 is a very affordable dorm option for incoming freshman at UCF, it offers easy ways to meet new people and a cleaning service that is amazing. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to dorm in UCF and needs an affordable option.

My experience at Nike 103, was pretty well, my roommate were surprisingly clean. The only annoying part is the group kitchen, there would be dishes piled up. It was a good experience to be away from family.

It's a very quiet and clean environment. Everything is right there and everyone there is so nice. The staff and maintenance people are very helpful and productive as well. Maintenance also helps ensure that our bathroom remains clean.
