Tower IV Dorm Reviews at UCF

Tower IV is definitely a step up from a traditional double dorm room with no kitchen or living space. It is very helpful to have these amenities, especially your first year of college like I did. The location is great but as with many dorms, cleanliness can be an issue.

Overall, Tower IV was located very conveniently on campus and was very cleanly. The Tower IV and UCF Housing staff, however, were unhelpful in resolving issues. During my stay at Towers, my roommate and I were repeatedly threatened and harassed by our other roommates. We chose to remain silent and get help from UCF Housing rather than confront the already violent roommates, but our concerns were not listened to. By the end of the semester, UCF Housing separated all of us roommates into different units, but did not acknowledge any concerns leading up to that point.

I was able to experience living on campus housing in an apartment style living area. I was really close to the football stadium which made walking to football games really easy. Each bedroom is very spacious.

I am a first year student currently residing at Towers IV on the UCF main campus. I generally would consider Towers to any one of my friends but I would let them know that the price is on the higher side and there are plenty of other cheaper options on campus. The safety is a bonus with the ID cards giving only students access to the building. The maintenance and staff are very friendly. The cleanliness can be debated because students did have to drop everything and go home the previous semester to due to a statewide lockdown. Overall, I enjoy residing there.

Tower IV is a good quiet community with the potential to be very beneficial for students to come in a live, especially first years. The location on campus was amazing for the fact that I could walk anywhere on campus and it would not be an issue. Tower IV does not have the best RA staff and when I say that I mean I never met my RA for this year and do not know what they look like. Would definitely recommend to students but overall, it needs improvement.

Its a pretty quiet area, with large rooms and bathrooms. The shared kitchen is super useful and convenient for college life. The doors and walls are thick, so for the most part, you dont have to worry about hearing your roommates. It's right next to knights plaza with plenty of great food (ie. dominos, dunkin, subway, gringos locos) at a convenient walking distance.

The location of the Towers community in general was spectacular and constantly felt convenient, safe, accessible, and comfortable. Most places only look nice on the exterior, but Tower IV's interior was also incredibly satisfying. The common areas, bathrooms, bedrooms were simple and offered everything one needed to live a successful college life that promoted comfortable living with efficient study space.

Towers has been pretty good so far. The rooms are a great size and the walls aren't too thin, also the wifi has been good. There could be more counter space in the kitchen but otherwise, everything is good.
