Manly is a great location on UNC's campus. It is close to classes and the dining hall. I lived on the third floor and the fourth floor, and the biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of other residents and how they take care of the communal spaces such as the bathrooms. I will note, however, that Manly has been confirmed to have asbestos.
