Oakland Hall

Oakland Hall was a nice place to stay because of the quality of the rooms and bathrooms. The biggest issue I ran into was the drunk students coming home from the club and being loud at 3am on a Sunday. The RAs wanted to be everyone’s best friend rather than take action when it is needed. I lived on three different floors and I had issues on every single one. more

Lyon Tower

it was always a fun time. Many memories were made on floor seven. I will forever cherish the times we had however it wasn’t up to date. The showers are extremely old along with the furnishings in the common areas and bedrooms. more

University Place

I think that University Place two isn't the best dormitories on campus, but they aren't the worst. I think one of the only downfalls is it not having a stove and oven. Also I know for some people, not having a bathtub is another deal breaker. more

Boreman South

While the location was convenient and the staff polite, overall, the dorms were poorly maintained, with mold in the bathrooms and no air conditioning. In addition, there were a lot of loud parties and nightlife that were disruptive to a peaceful learning environment. more

Boreman Hall

Living in any dorm is what you make of it, in Boreman Hall the location is something you simply cannot beat. Scratch the no air conditioning or the fact it is outdated, it’s a dorm, that’s the character of college living. Living in Boreman Hall everything is a close walk away from friends, downtown and classes. more

Everything was great, except for not having air conditioning.... Very convenient if most of your classes are on the main campus. The dorm is all female, but I preferred it that way. The dorms are large compared to the other older buildings on campus. more

Bennett Tower

The location was nice due to the busses picking up in front of braxton. You can go get breakfast then head to the busses. Getting to and from football games was an easy walk. The staff was extremely friendly and were fun to talk too. The staff kept the bathrooms nice and clean and they were cleaned daily. The ra were extremely cool with stressful situations and handled it rather smoothly. more

Lyons Tower

I was at Lyons tower in a single room in 2017. The location was good especially if you had classes on that campus, and you could walk to lots of foods options. There was a dining hall in towers and a little convenience store called Lyons den that had great sushi. The location was great especially if you didn’t want to be so close to high street, but towers it’s self was very dirty. I had to scrub the walls And everything on move in day. The common areas, hallways, and bathrooms were not very clean either. more
