It is very quiet and clean, it has very good spaces for privacy. The pricing is not bad at all for what you get and the A/C is fantastic. If I could live here every year I would. There is always parking and the walk is not that bad for how good of housing it is.

I lived in pellowe hall for two years and very much enjoyed having my own room/bathroom. It is a great place to live in a great location on campus. It is nice and quiet since most people live alone. People are respectful and generally pretty compliant around the hall.
