The bathrooms and common areas are usually pretty messy, but that is an issue with the residents mostly. It isn't terrible, but it can be very loud at times. The laundry room is the worst part, always a huge pool of water and out of order machines, very dirty. The door gets propped open pretty often in the basement. However, it is the nicest dorm and I do appreciate that the bathrooms are recently renovated.
