Plaza Verde Dorm Reviews at Angelo State

They were extremely nice dorms. All the furniture and appliances were in good shape. For the most part, the dorms were quiet except for the occasional group meetings but it didn't bother me. The staff was always nice and helpful especially when I got locked out.

Plaza Verde is a great dorm to live in. The rooms are spacious and come with a Twin XL bed, wardrobe, desk, end table, and dresser. There are no communal bathrooms, each room has its own bathroom with cabinet space, toilet, and shower. There is a double vanity with two sinks and towel racks. There is a small cabinet for food items, a micro fridge & freezer combo and a microwave. Overall my experience has been great, especially since I have a great roommate. I highly recommend this dorm is you are an Agriculture major, Geosciences or Engineering.

The common areas make it super easy to make friends in not COVID times. and the only complaints I have about the facility are mold issues, as well as exterior stairs, break frequently. Plaza Verde is also located close to the cafeteria which can be nice.

Plaza Verde is a very comfortable dorm. The people on my floor are pretty nice and I've had no bad experiences with anyone so far. The vending machines have good options for you to choose from. Sometimes people forget to get their laundry out of the washers or dryers but other than that it's pretty easy to get your laundry done.
