Appalachian Heights Dorm Reviews at App State

It was a hike to get to app Heights, but aside from that, and the scary "rape stairs" that were an option if you didnt want to catch the bus or walk up the STEEP hill, it was still the best on campus housing for upper level students.. unfortunately as with my freshman year housing, the separated apartment style housing did leave a lack of connection to those outside of the suite.

I enjoyed living at Appalachian Heights because of the amount of space I had in my dorm. I shared a room with one other student and shared a kitchen/living room space with a total of 3 other students (my roommate and 2 other students who lived on the other side of the dorm area). We made so many memories cooking, baking, watching movies/shows, and having friends over. The only real downside in my opinion is the steep walk you have to take up to AH if you miss the bus (but I guess it is a good workout!)
