While Hassay can be considered the ghetto. The community and connections you build are worth it. You get along great with neighbors on every floor. People are so friendly. The CAβs are great as well. Itβs a welcoming environment.

My experience of living at Hassayampa has been great overall. I live on the first floor of the H building and could not complain at all. The staff is amazing and everyone is so nice. I have made so many friends from just living on campus and would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking to pursue Business at ASU.

It can be very loud at times due to parties or suitemates having people over; however, most of the time if you are in your own room not much will be loud enough to bother you. We get our own restrooms unlike many other dorm halls so that is a huge plus.

Out of all the business dorms, Hassayampa has the most updated utilities on campus. However, there are very thin walls in this dorm. Parties can be heard very easily. The bathrooms are nice, and the AC units work just perfect for the summer time.

Hassayampa was a good place to be as a freshman. It is very close to the Sun Devil Fitness Center and all the business classes. It comes will all the basic things you need to live, and is sufficient as a home for at least 9 months. There are also a lot of events and activities, and the community is a great resource, especially for first-year students.

Hassayampa is known to be an incredibly social dorm filled with primarily freshmen. The rooms are very nice, high ceilings, big windows and you have your own sink/mirror area that you share with your roommate and toilet/shower you share with your suitemates. The fire alarms would consistently go off though, at least once a month for no good reason and they would make us evacuate the buildings in the middle of the night.

I lived in Hassayampa Building G. Hassayampa are the business dorms at Arizona State University - Tempe Campus. I lived in these dorms from 2019-2020. Every year, these dorms always are the party dorms. They are very loud and there is always something going on. The rooms themselves are not too bad, but there are definitely nicer dorms. The bathrooms are pretty gross and the shower is so small, you can't move. However, it is a college dorm and you can't expect much and I did enjoy the dorms overall.

I had an overall great experience living in the Hassayampa Academic Village. The staff was awesome and super helpful. I lived in building H and it was a little dirty sometimes but that would be my only complaint.

This is a great first-year Business Student dormitory. It is very easy to meet new people with similar college interest due to this. As the year progresses more people become comfortable talking to one other so you will see more people out in the halls and walking around. Do not be scared to talk to others in the first month! Everyone is scared!!
