Taylor Place Dorm Reviews at ASU

My experience currently living at Taylor Place is been good so far. I think everybody is really friendly and there is security at all times around campus. Living here in Taylor Place is a good experience because you get to know new people and make new friends. Right now with the pandemic, a lot of things are closed or if they are open there is a limited amount of people that is allowed inside. The facilities they provide us with here in the dorms is a patio, a shade garden and a gym. almost all of the building where we have class are close to the dorms, but there is some of them that are far. I think at the dorms is really a good experience that you won't want to miss.

So far, I am happy with my dorm at Taylor Place. It is nice that I only have to share a bathroom/shower with my roommate. The Community Assistants are very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located near all my classes.

My experience at Taylor Place has been nothing short of great- the staff is friendly and readily available, the food is good and the dorms and common areas are super clean. It’s especially important to be clean with the current COVID-19 pandemic going on, and the staff at Taylor Place makes sure that areas are safe and clean while holding students accountable for violating CDC guidelines. It’s a great place to live and they are handling the troubles of a pandemic with grace!

Taylor Place is a great place for students who want to focus on academics rather than partying or Greek life. There is a decent amount of space in each room and only you and your roommate share a bathroom. If your room is closer to the lounge on your floor, you may hear some chatter but other than that it is very quiet. Overall, I highly recommend this dorm.

My experience with Taylor Place so far has been great. Maintenance is often cleaning the common areas as well as the dining hall. All of the lounge areas are always kept very clean. The staff is very helpful and very accommodating.

My experience at Taylor Place was my first time ever living anywhere except my parents house, and it was amazing! The building was new, very well kept, and was right in the middle of the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus. This dorm felt very safe and there were multiple measures taken by the ASU staff to maintain the safety of the students, especially being in the middle of Downtown Phoenix. I gained a lot of independence and learned a lot of life skills about living on my own as an autonomous adult. I also was able to meet my best friends at this dorm and people who will be in my life for years to come. Taylor Place will always have fond memories with me, being the place I found my independence, my footing in college and the people who will be my friends for the rest of my life.

Taylor Place is located at the downtown campus, and with Covid 19, staff and cleanliness has been very well managed to the best of their ability. I do feel safe in my dorm and my classes. My experience so far has been a positive one.
