The Sienas are beautiful buildings. I was excited when my roommate and I reserved it for our sophomore year. The difference between the Sienas and the Kennedy/Newman, Petrik and Anniversary dormitories is just about everything, the architecture, the style, the size of the rooms. The room my roommate and I have is two times the size of my Kennedy one, it even has a sky roof and big windows that let in the morning sun. Best part is not having to share bathrooms with a billion other people, we have our own. Everything feels spacious and comfortable. The only complaint I have for them is they are the furthest away from the academic buildings on campus, so unless you like to wake up early and walk up hills and staircases, waiting for the shuttle might be your best bet.
If you're hungry, stop by the built in restaurant at the Sienas called Palio, which serves comfort food like chicken tenders, burgers, even egg rolls. My roommate and I go there often, but don't forget to order a salad every now and then!
