My experience in the South Campus Brownstones was relatively good. I lived at 518 Park Dr last spring. The area is quiet and only two suites are on each floor, so if you want to get to know your neighbors, I'd suggest a larger dorm. There was a maintenance issue that required residents of 516-520 Park Drive to go around the back and enter their dorms through the basement of 518 which led to an inconvenient 2 weeks. The common areas were always clean, but the printer only worked once in a while. The distance from campus means getting up a few minutes earlier, but I personally liked that I was a little closer to the Fenway area because there are a lot of things to do around there.
