Fargo Quadrangle Dorm Reviews at UB

Fargo Quad was a fairly nice area to dorm in. Itβs on north campus and right next to where the busses are to get to classesβ so no having to stand outside in the cold during winter month. The only issue really were the fire alarms.

My experience at Fargo was full of fun and appreciation for the staff and quality of life alike. With consistent and rigid guidelines to ensure students arenβt disturbed at the worst time, as well as daily cleanings of the bathrooms and hallways, Fargo has a perfect mixture of an ideal tranquil yet lively dorm experience.

Fargo is a clean and friend space for sophomore year students. I recommend this to students who are unable to make it into Greiner hall. This quadrangle is the closest to campest and the easiest to access compared to the other quadrangles.

It was nice, quiet, and the staff was extremely kind. Fire alarms did go off many times which got pretty annoying. Overall, good experience and my resident advisor was pretty much always there to answer questions.

This is my first time is being on campus and it really exceeded my expectations. I'm currently it is my spring semester as a freshman and I really love it, especially since we are in a pandemic. The school really made it as close as possible as it was before the pandemic while protecting us.

Clean for the most part, but there are other dorms that are better such as Governors and Griener hall. However, it's nice that it is so close to the food court and its a bigger complex so you get to meet new people. The dorms in general are very far from the academic spine, about a 15 min walk. RA's are super nice and very approachable. I'd say it's better to live off campus though, after your first semester.
