The Riviera Apartments Dorm Reviews at BYU

its about a 10 minute walk to campus but its a great spot thats super close to the stadium which is awesome for games. It also is pretty quiet. If you are a big partyer its probly not the place for you.

The Riveria apartments is within walking distance of campus. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean. It is a good quality for the price. There are great amenities like a pool and hot tub, volley ball court, gym, and common area.

The riviera is a great place for upcoming freshman. It is super social, decently low priced, and close to campus and the football stadium. The apartments themselves are a little old and could use some renovation, but so do all the other places in provo. It is a great place to meet new people and a great location for sports and getting to classes.

Living at the Riviera Apartments provided me with an ability to meet plenty of new people, very close to campus. It was a multi-age campus approved housing apartment complex, which I appreciated. I met so many different people, had great activity opportunities, and my apartment was close to campus. Comparatively to the other two on-campus housing options (Helaman Halls and Heritage Halls), there was much more parking, and a sense of home within the apartment complex. Each of the buildings were only three floors, and there were two fridges in each apartment. There were some cleanliness maintenance issues, due to overuse from decades of college students. Overall, I liked living there! It was also in the same parking lot as a soda shop, which was nice.

It is a surprisingly social place, especially considering all the cray covid stuff going on. The maintenance crew was super quick at helping whenever we needed it. I like my roommates and the location was perfect because it was within walking distance of the campus.
