Pretty mid. Rooms are perpetually dirty (unable to be cleaned because of the tile being stained), bathrooms barely receive maintenance and are nasty, and the laundry machines on the first floor barely receive maintenance. Despite this, such experiences are a part of the 1st year experience at Case Western Reserve University, and therefore is something to expect. Additionally, the friends that you will meet in the common rooms make everything that much bearable (at least if you're lucky).
