When I first moved in, all of the furniture I was assigned to (bed, wardrobe desk) were in bad condition. I had a top bunk and the wooden safety bar was cracked to a point of, if I moved over while sleeping I would fall off. My wardrobe's doors were warped out so I couldn't close them, and in a room of 4 people closing those doors makes a huge difference in space. When someone finally came over to "fix" the wardrobe they just took the door off and left without putting another door on, it was like that for maybe a month and a half. We found mold in the vents. We had to move the bunks around so we could actually have space to sleep otherwise, in the place they originally were, you could not sit up due to one part of the ceiling being significantly shorter. With where the vents were and where we had to put the beds, the heater/ air conditioning would blast you in the face. Not to mention, putting 4 people in one room was insane. We had one mini fridge and one microwave and almost no room to move around. Also, one whole wall was just a window, it felt like we had no privacy.
