Overall it is pretty nice. The bathroom areas, living rooms, and kitchens are pretty spacey. And it is nice to be able to have free access to a community gym, lounge with tv, computer lab, and pool table as well as the pool, volleyball pit, and basketball courts when open. Staff is only as good as the individual people running it, and throughout my time there communication has gotten much better. Overall it is a 7/10-8/10
