Rio West is an okay apartment, but it is not worth the price. My room is facing a building, so we don't get any sunlight and we are charged the same rates. I am in a 4x2 and it is really spacious, especially the rooms.

Living at Signature 1909 has been a very pleasant experience-so much so that I have renewed my lease for the next school year. The security of the building is very good too- you need a key card to enter the building and get up the elevator for each floor. It's very quiet which is very nice for being able to study. There is a gym and study rooms available with white boards and a printer. The staff is accommodating and responsive. In a perfect location very close to campus!
