Carpenter Hall Dorm Reviews at Drake

I loved Carp, the highlights were the area on campus and the bad parts were the amount of spiders found. I didn’t find any but my friends would see one every once in a while in the laundry room. My floor was not bad at all but others were.

I live in a single dorm but find that the atmosphere is very welcoming. It is generally clean and well organized. Overall, it is a very nice dorm and a great first experience living far from home for the first time.

The 4 freshman dorms are pretty much identical, but I would say Carpenter is the best because of the location. I think it is pretty clean, but I live in the basement and there are times when it smells in the hallways, which might just be the garbage I'm not really sure.
