I lived in Van R Hall my freshman year, and it was a suite style, two bedrooms with 2 beds in each bedroom. It was 4 of us that stayed in this dorm. We had micro kitchen, one shared living room with a couch and a coffee table. 4 of us had one bathroom, with a shower and two faucets.

My suitemates and I have loved our time at Van R. It is very spacious and has a great view of the Philadelphia skyline. We have a kitchen and living area, as well as 3 bedrooms and a bath we share. No complaints.

I really liked this building. It is very nice compared to some dormitories I have stepped foot in at other universities. My room was very clean when I moved in. The room was very spacious in my opinion for a two person room. The room I stayed in was a suite style. It had a small bathroom. It had a kitchenette area with a fridge, cabinets, a stovetop, and sink. I had to bring a small microwave. There were two, two person bedrooms. There was a common living space with a couch and table. The location was perfect because it was not far away from any of the buildings my classes were held in. I also felt really comfortable walking around on campus despite being in the big city. There was a basement with all sorts of game activities to partake in and a tv to watch. My favorite common room was the sky lounge. The sky lounge had an almost 360 degree view of the city life. The laundry room had plenty of machines. Overall, I would stay there again if I had to.
