Duquesne Towers Dorm Reviews at Duquesne

My experience living in Duquesne Towers was great for being a freshman. Not only it being a common freshman housing facility, I was able to meet some of my closest friends who lived doors down from me. The cleanliness could've been better throughout the year but it was manageable. The accessibility of being in the same building as the dining hall was very convenient too. The door rooms were well sized too and offered great views of the city which is a perk of living on the 12th floor.

So far I have had a great experience at Towers. I LOVE that the dining hall is in my dorm and I love the cleaning staff. They are so friendly and helpful. The only thing I do not love is the HUGE trash cans that are randomly placed on the floor.

Average room sizes, minor noise complaint, great location, awesome cleaning ladies, slow elevators, easy access to dining hall and market, and feel safe as 2 swipes and personal door lock are required upon entrance.

My experience at Towers was great. It wasn't always the cleanest but that's because there were many sloppy people that lived on the floor. It's a lot nicer than St. Ann's or St. Martin's but it isn't anything to special. It's location is perfect because it's in the middle of campus and the dining hall is in the building itself. It's very easy to access different parts of the building that you're not "supposed" to be able to. Like for example floors with the other gender. This is a slight safety concern. The staff is great and they take care of the building by cleaning it fairly often. Overall it is the best place for a freshman and an average place to live in. There are better options at Duquesne like Vickroy and Des Places.

My experience at Duquesne Towers is very enjoyable! I really love living in the building. It is close to the campus market. It also is in the same building as the dining hall, Hogan Hall. It's is an amazing place to live. I love it!

The Towers are a comfortable place to live on campus. The layout is very thoughtful by including the cafeteria and being centrally located on campus. As a member of a fraternity with limited space around the campus, I really appreciate Duquesne allocating wings for the fraternities and sororities.
