Luntsford Efficiency Apartments Dorm Reviews at ETSU

My only real issue was with parking! There were not enough spots for the residents. If you couldn’t find a spot after grocery shopping, or a weekend at home, you would have to park pretty far away which is a hassle. And we pay TOO much money for that.

This is my second year living in Luntsford and I love it. Every room has its own private bathroom and a small kitchenette. The rooms are also a decent size. There is an elevator in the building along with laundry rooms on the 3rd and 5th floors.

I enjoyed my time there but hated not having a roommate. The form is a great size and made me feel at home! I love how close it was to the football field but it was so far away from the culp center...going there was a drag due to walking or having to drive. I would have stayed on campus if I would’ve had a roommate because the apartments can’t be beat!
