I loved the community there. It was quiet but people are friendly. The only real downside is that parking is a nightmare. If you are lucky and get the parking pass close to the building you will almost never actually find a spot there. The unlucky people end up with parking passes for the lot on the other side of campus. So you end up having to walk 15 min just to get to your car.
