Bathrooms aren't kept very clean but they do offer free tampons/pads for the ladies. The showers are a bit gross, would definitely recommend shower shoes (cracks and grime that won't go away). The A/C is pretty good unless you have like 5 people in the room then it starts getting a bit hot. The windows are a little sketchy since they've caulked it and strong wind can sometimes blow through. However, housing tends to be very responsive and the RAs are chill (though they must investigate disturbances if reported). On a more positive note the room size is big and we even invested in inflatable couches! I am very close with my roommate and neighbors. The common room is alright; it has a pool table and some vending machines and although the year started out with four pool sticks, only one remains intact. Campbell is in the Res-Quad so there are plenty of events and activities around that allow for some socializing. It is also closer than most residence halls to classes and you can walk through the Botans to class/PDH.
