It was a pretty good dorm, although oftentimes at least one elevator was down. It was quiet throughout the week but could get loud, it really depends on who your neighbors are. bathrooms are within unit.

Amazing and perfect to live in. I believe i should be awarded this scholarship because i am a hard working person that is trying to achieve greatness. I am a full time student that also works, helps his family, works on cars, does sports, and still manages to help others. I am trying to constantly grow and better myself by joining fraternities and clubs but i do not have the funding or money for it so i believe this scholarship can help me better myself and expand my college experience so that i can become a more well rounded individual.

I had a truly fun experience in University Park Towers. It had a big common area where you can have study groups, only issue is if you study alone in your bedroom you can hear the study group depending on how loud they got. The showers were okay. Nothing brand new, and Iβd advise you clean it thoroughly before you use it. I say itβs okay because when thereβs something wrong with the pipelines and/or maintenance is working on it, you have to take a REALLY cold shower. However, it happens rarely. There are new elevators and itβs been renovated a bit. It is really nice.

I will say this was my favorite dorming experience in my time living on campus. The only complaints I have were the number of parties people would have within the dorms, as well as the blatant disrespect for the property and amenities that were provided to us, and the kitchen. The elevator floors were destroyed and damaged because students, particularly male sports players, would ride electric scooters throughout the building. However, these dorms have the largest rooms, beds and has 2 bathrooms. It is much more comfortable to stay in these dorms because of the size and the fact it has a stove to cook, students essentially will spend less money on eating out, as they are more likely to cook. However, I was lucky to have roommates who were also my friends and some days we would take turns cooking for each other, so we really saved money throughout the year. If you cannot cook, don't worry, I couldn't cook either until I had basically no choice, and I am a struggling college student so had to cook to survive. I didn't particularly like the stove, only because it is harder to clean, and frankly still looks dirty no matter how much you scrub. And the sink doesn't have a garbage disposal and isn't deep enough to clean pots, so it was difficult to wash pots and dish. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, but there could be improvements to the dorms.

I live in University Towers (UT) for the summer semester. Honestly, it wasn't bad. I loved it. Under UT is Breezeway so, it would be loud sometimes because that's where a lot of the football players would hang out at night. UT is apartment styled, so its 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms; 2 people on each side of the "apartment", a living room, and kitchen. I had my own private room and shared the bathroom with one other person. My overall experience was really good. It was just really noisy, but it was okay, there was always something going on or something to do. Every tuesday, someone made fried oreos and sold them outside the building. The dorm parties are pretty rad until it gets shut down because of noise compliants. The walls are sorta thin. And the best thing is you get full size beds, say goodbye to the twinxl!
