The bathrooms are usable, just not ideal. The dining hall, Ike's, is horrible. The cleaning lady's do their job and are so very sweet. You have to walk to do laundry and there is not sinks other than in the bathroom so pack paper and plastics....

Overall it was a good place to live. It was a little farther from the center of campus but it was nice and newer than some of the other freshmen dorms. It was always clean and well taken care of. It was also lighted well and felt safe.

Personally, I had a good experience at Presidents Park. The staff is nice and helpful. Bathrooms were aways kept clean and maintenance had great standards. Since it is a mostly Freshman space it can get noisy however, with some good headphones, it did not impede on any sleep or study time. Good community overall.

Close to dining halls, gyms, and a couple building, the RAs are nice and helpful, can be somewhat noisy. A bit of a walk if you have classes on the other side of campus. Bathrooms are clean, and common rooms are nice.

I was in Roosevelt hall, which is one of the older buildings. Hallways and rooms are on the smaller side, but give a nice dorm feel. White brick walls and solid wood doors with regular hard keys. It was great being so close to Ikes, one of the dining halls, as well as right next to the maintenance desk building. Despite being brick, the walls still let noise carry pretty easily, and the community shower isn't ideal, as there's no lockable stall, just a curtain.

Presidents Park was my first dorm I have stayed in Freshman Year of college. It was a nice place, no one bothered anyone much, and it was quiet. The RAs were especially nice and they always had some event for the students to participate in.

Living on campus was fun, and I enjoyed it. While living on campus, noise on my floor was not much of an issue. Occasionally, I would hear others giggle, talk, and slam doors in the hallways at night, but it never disturbed me. The room within the triple dorm is small for three people because of the three sets of desks, three-stacked drawers, and closets in the room. The staff I've encountered were friendly, and they put a lot of effort into their work. The location of President's Park can be a long walk away from most buildings on campus.
