Patton Hall Dorm Reviews at Georgia State

I would say that Patton Hall is one of the quietest dorms. Its easy to get around and a good place to study with friends. The staff are really cool people and have hosted a lot of events for the residence there.

The dorms are pretty nice and clean, except for the areas under the desk and drawers. The walls are also pretty thin but the people in the dorms are quite quiet and keep to themselves. The only thing I wish is stairs, you have to use the elevator to get to your dormroom. I live on the 3rd floor, it would be much faster to use the stairs instead of the elevator. The stairs are only for emergencies.

it's very neat, the security take their jobs very seriously. I really enjoy the convenience of the dining hall being directly below the housing units. the food is great, I personally enjoy the sandwich and salad bar.

I enjoy living in Patton Hall ,because of how safe I feel with the police officers always being around to help .I also like how Patton Hall students have their own dining hall .Which I believe is very helpful .

My experience at patton hall has been great so far. It is very clean and comfortable for me. Patton Hall is also in the middle of the buildings, so it's very easy to get to classes. Patton hall is also safe to stay in.

It was sort of an outdated building, but the University did well to accommodate students on any issues. The community building was very prevalent. This caused students to foster relationships with each other to break in the first semesters of being in college.

Patton Hall was great until I returned from Thanksgiving Break to a flooded room. Apparently, a pipe had burst and ruined a lot of my stuff but Patton Hall, nor GSU, was responsible and did not reimburse me

My stay at Patton Hall was excellent, except for that halfway through the semester, one of the rooms down the hall had the sink fall out of the wall and our entire floor flooded. A lot of my books and clothes were ruined with mold and I ended up staying on an air mattress on the floor in a friend's single room for the rest of the semester. Definitely not what I paid for.

My experience at Patton Hall has been great. The residents are extremely nice and the staff is so friendly. The facilities are very clean and there is nothing bad to say about them. Also, the dorms are a very good size.

It’s better than what I expected. I’ve easily made friends and although we’re in the middle of a pandemic, they’ve taken precautions to keep every safe. It’s really quiet most of the time and I enjoy staying in my dorm most of the days.

It was fun and I enjoyed it. The closets have locks on them. The location was close to other buildings, especially classes so you would not have to walk farther than 12 minutes. The Greek building is right behind Patton so sometimes you can hear their activities when they are outside.

My experience at Patton Hall was a good one overall, I really enjoyed staying there my freshman year. The dorms were aesthetically pleasing and the closets had a lock on them so no one (not even your roommate) could get in your closet. Compared to the other dorms on campus there were not that many floors, so even if the elevators were busy you would not have to wait long. The sorority housing was really close so, if they have an event going on you will be able to hear it and if people are running up and down in the hallways you will most likely hear it.
