The Rendezvous Dorm Reviews at ISU

It was very quiet and pleasant. A great place to study and hangout with friends. Right in the middle of everything. A great place to be when you have to get to your classes. The staff was really helpful and always tried to make sure that we had what we needed.

Rendezvous is full of simple spaces good for college students who like socializing. Staff and RAs have never been especially helpful, but everyone is kind. There is a food court that has weird, unreliable hours that is usually understaffed. In the same building there are classrooms and computer labs.

It was very nice to have my own space but live with others too. I made some of my best friends living on the Honors Floor in the Rendezvous complex. There is always something going on, from floor dinners to housing activities.

Staying in Rendezvous has been nice mainly because if the location. Rendezvous is central to most of the buildings on campus. The staff and residents are great as well. The staff put on activities to help residents get to know each other and it shows that the staff actually care about each resident. I have had a great experience overall.

Suite-style dorms are the best! I loved the shared living experience but also having my own bedroom. We had in-house, free laundry as well! Rendezvous is located in the dead-center of campus, making class commutes just 10 minutes. Though not as tight-knit as traditional dorms, I loved it in Rendezvous!
