Allyn Hall Dorm Reviews at Kent State

Its not an awful dorm but the walls are thin, the bathroom you share with half your floor( most other dorms you only share with a few others), only 2 washers for the entire floor, but Its right next to Eastway dining hall so thats nice,

Allyn hall is loud at times, especially on the weekends so studying in your room is out of the question. It has a good location in relation to freshman classes. The food options are not the healthiest but they taste fine. Mantinence comes quickly especially when the air conditioner breaks in the summer. The bathrooms are usually very clean

Allyn Hall is a fun place to be. It is typically where the freshman are housed. When it gets cold, you'll appreciate the dining hall located in Eastway which is attached to Allyn. Many of my friends live here, or close to here so it is easy to meet up and hang out.
