Fanning Hall Dorm Reviews at Lipscomb

Fanning is a suite-style dorm. Eight people are in my suite, and it is a nice community to have. Sometimes things get a little messy, but nothing too bad. The bathrooms are cleaned once a week for us. We have a courtyard in the middle that needs a power wash on the walkways but is otherwise really pretty! The hall events are a lot of fun.

I although the suite style bathrooms were a plus, there was far too many days and months out of the year that either the hot water was broken, the heat was down, especially in the dead of winter. It was in no way the fault of the RHD or RA’s but Lipscomb’s poor maintenance of the building itself.

leaving in fanning hall has been a good experience which I have been able to meet a few people that I now call friends but the only inconvenience I ever had in fanning hall is the fact of laundering in other to walk to the laundry room we have to walk in the cold and it is kind of a hassle doing your laundering during winter time.
