My experience at Tullidge has been terrible. I was originally supposed to be in another building, but due to a freshman overload I was moved to Tullidge. The building is the farthest off of campus so I have a lengthy walk to everywhere I go. In the first couple weeks I moved here there were damaged pipes leaking in the bathrooms which caused water damage to the floors. Maintenance shut off the sinks that were producing the leaks instead of fixing them and cut off the hot water on another sink that was leaking instead of fixing it. We also experienced times where the water would completely be off in the building by maintenance with no warning at all. The power goes out in the rooms on multiple occasions as well, along with the light fixtures in the hallways. We have also had unwanted guests get in to our building, specifically of the male gender in the females bathroom (they were peeping-toms). The cops have also been to our building multiple times for other reasons. Tullidge is the oldest dormitory on Mary Baldwins campus and it is literally falling apart. I will be commuting next semester to save me from all this trouble I experience and to save money.
