Blair-Shannon House Dorm Reviews at MSU

Overall a great dorm and the best dining hall on campus. It was nice just being able to go downstairs for breakfast, lunch and diner. Fairly central location on campus was convenient. Having a living room to study and hang out in was a great addition. Rooms are a bit outdated and my heater was never fixed which made for a very cold winter and spring.

I have enjoyed my time in the Blair-Shannon dorm hall. It is located in a prime spot on campus. Right next to it is the Foster Recreation Center, so you won't have to go far for a workout. Right across from Blair Shannon is the Plaster Student Union. There are many study areas here, a mail drop-off area, multiple resource centers, restaurants such as Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Subway, Panda Express, Freddys, a convenience store, and many other convenient places. The rooms themselves are suite-style. You and up to 5 other people will get their own living room and bathroom. Each suite has 3 rooms with 2 people per room. The building has its own dining hall so you won't have to leave the building to get food.

Blair-Shannon is a great place to live because it is centrally located on campus and there is a dining hall in the building, which I find very convenient. The bedrooms are somewhat spacious, but the living room with couches in each suite are very spacious and a great place to be bale to hang out!
