East Snarr Dorm Reviews at MSUM

East Snarr was a good place to be for my freshman year of college. There are four floors so it gives you a good chance of meeting more people. There are typically spots to park. If not, you have to go over to the other one and it is not far. One part that I would change, is the door to the parking lot. People have found that if you pull hard enough, it will open. This higher the risks of people coming in who are not supposed to.

East Snarr was the most newly renovated dorms at MSUM in 2018. They were Co-ed dorms. The common areas were very clean at the start of the semester but as the year went on they became increasingly more dirty and did not seem to be cleaned very regularly. However, the common area was very convenient, for hanging out with friends or cooking meals. As expected on the weekends the halls were pretty loud but the doors and walls were able to keep the noise out pretty well. Overall the dorms were nice and were well suitable for first year college students.

Everything always stays pretty clean and having a kitchen on your floor is very nice to have, especially at night when the cafeteria is closed. In my experience, I got along really well with everyone and there are always activities for each floor.

I have really enjoyed my time here in East Snarr. I have made a lot of great friends who also live on the floor. My roommate and I get along great. The RA here in East Snarr is also great and is willing to help you if needed.
