West Mignon is a great dorm hall as it is close to classes. Is set on a hill which can be a downfall but the majority of campus is on a hill. Maintenance is quick and efficient. RA's are kind and helpful!

Pros - -The location is almost in the middle of campus so it is easy to go somewhere on campus -You get your own bathroom and shower (toilet and shower in separate rooms!) -Laundry is free to do -It has a small dedicated parking lot Beds are adjustable and have metal frames so there is no creaky noises -Tables have built in drawers and are convenient to place items like books or supplies in -The dorm is smaller than other 4 person dorm options, but more compact to where space can be more efficiently used. -The shower can also be used to take a bath in -Two separate sinks with different settings -Has the ability to bunk beds -Plenty of outlets Cons - -There is no noise reduction so it is easy to hear people from the hallway and vice versa -Only the first floor has washers and dryers for laundry (but there is 7 of each) -You do not have a personal kitchen, but a single shared one -Toilet is loud when flushed -Shower head is weak, but able to be swapped out with a stronger one -The air conditioning can only be set as heat or cooling. Not interchangeable and only changes when the university does so. Will likely be very hot when changed over the fall -Only one elevator for the four floors
