Case Hall Dorm Reviews at MSU

I have a single room at North Case Hall and love it. I am like the location to campus and building, love the fact that the Sparty store is on the main level, and like that the cafeteria is in my building.

Perfect location, but the dorms are relatively old. No real updates to the rooms themselves since the 70s, despite there being major renovations to the first floor. Case Hall is extremely convenient because it has both a dining hall (one of the best on campus) and a Sparty's Market (it's like a gas station convenience store that is part of your meal plan). It's also across the street from Spartan Stadium.

Good location for access to the freeway for going home or for parents and friends to visit. Very close to all the college sporting events and could even hear the marching band practice. Cafeteria in hall was very convenient.

My experience in Case Hall has been really nice so far. It is an older building, and it’s located on the south part of campus, but they are suite style dorm rooms and you get to live, eat, and learn with the rest of your community within your major.

I loved living in Case Hall. It has a good number of freshmen, is centrally located (depending on your major), and is right across from the football field/very close to the Breslin. It can be noisy during the fall when the band is practicing, but it is kind of cool to hear/watch.

My experiences at Case Hall were phenomenal when it came to meeting new people, communicating with staff, and feeling safe and secure on campus. I loved the location, and the cafeteria that is in the hall is magnificent. The bathrooms, however, were not up to par with other dorms. My shower had terrible water pressure, and the water tasted, smelled, and felt metallic. Barring this, Case Hall was a great dorm experience.
