I lived in Lee Clark, and overall it was very nice. The dorm community was pretty good, and the staff were awesome. Clark rooms are a little bigger than most, which was good because it gave my roommate and I the right kind of space to share, and yet not feel crammed together. The bathrooms are in the dorm rooms, so the cleanliness is moreso on the student than any staff members. Clark is located right next to the campus convenient store, which is connected to the campus dining hall so you don't have to walk far to get food; it's also close to the bridge that takes you to the educational side, so while it's not the CLOSEST, the walking distance isn't horrible at all. Clark was my favorite dorm so far, so while it might be a little pricier, I think it was worth it and really recommend it.
