Hart College Dorm Reviews at Murray State

Hart College has changed my view on random roommates, it has changed my view on how the bare minimum of housing requirements can still be extremely comforting and welcoming, and Hart college is just an amazing place to start off being a student at Murray State. I am a third year student and I don't intend on rooming anywhere else.

I liked my experience at Hart College! I am living there currently in a suite with a private bathroom and one roommate. The halls are generally pretty clean! My only complaint is that sometimes the laundry machines are broken and take quite a while to get fixed! It's in a great place, though! You are right next to the dining hall and the buildings for classes! Lots of parking as well!

I love it a lot! I moved there this year and everyone is much more friendly and welcoming than my old dorm. I love how often I see maintenance cleaning the buildings especially right now with covid going on. I feel safe and at home in Hart college.

I enjoy the nice people that create a homely environment around campus. It is located in an ideal part of the campus not to far from the cafeteria and close to the academic side of the campus as well.

This is overall a fantastic building to live in! The desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. The majority of residents are also friendly and it makes for a very inviting place to live. Noise is not usually an issue, though if residents get rowdy it can be heard in the nearby rooms and can be distracting if you're someone that prefers silence when working on things. The common areas are usually clean and tidy. If you're looking for someone to hang out with and maybe play video games or board games with there is usually someone or a few people in the lobby and game room that would be willing. This is an older building so the heating and air is centrally controlled by building staff.

The rooms are very small with little room but the building, in general, is a decent building. I do love the proximity to everything on campus. I would say it is one of the nicer buildings on campus but definitely not the nicest.

Everybody is friendly and nice. They will help out with anything and will not judge you on what you do. They try and make it as close as home it can be. They try to get people to get involved more and enjoy the college life.
