May experience at Killingsworth Hall is an overall great turnout. The atmosphere here is welcoming and cozy. I enjoy the small get togethers the RA's make so you can get to know people because sometimes it's a little difficult, but it's a great way to introduce yourself.

Killingsworth was a standard freshman dorm. I appreciated the unique layout of the rooms that allowed for slightly more privacy. The hall is located on a decent spot on campus, close to student hall and cafeteria.

Not as nice as I expected my college experience, especially for the price overall. Felt like I was at a camp for a few months, didn't feel anything like home. Sharing the restrooms and showers were my least favorite :(

Okay, my first year I attended Midwestern state university. Stepping into Killingsworth hall, right off the bat my mom and I were not satisfied. You could tell itβs a really old building. The RAs were pretty friendly the first couple weeks. Later on some of those RAs take it too seriously. The walls are pretty thin so depending on how loud your neighbor is, youβre sure to hear them. The rooms smell like mold and rust so if you have allergies(Like me) I recommend getting some Arm and Hammer Moisture absorber Eliminators or just move to a different dorm room (I recommend Legacy hall. McCoullgh is good too). Also, beware of the critters that crawl in unannounced. Real talk, a whole gecko found a way to get into my room. My roommate and I turned that room upside down trying to get it. Once itβs time to register for second year, immediately apply to live in SunWatcher, Sundance or get a nice off campus apartment.

Great experience! Had no issues at all. I dormed there in 2007-2008 and didn't have any problems. Everything was kept clean.. and transferring rooms was easy if I had an issue with a roommate. Would definitely recommend it to incoming freshmen.

So far it has been a bit stressful due the Covid-19 situation. The cleaners do their best but it is also up to us students to maintain the area. I have not experienced any danger whilst living in the dorms. Killingsworth feels like it's own little community. The RA's take pride in their duties and help when they are needed. Compared to other dorms and buildings I have seen, Killingsworth is very good for it's price.

It is a great freshman dorm, meaning there are a lot of opportunities to meet new friends. Overall it is easy to navigate and has the best location on campus. This dorm also has a lot of hall events that can be used as study breaks or just ways to socialize.

Killingsworth hall is basically a family, beautifully decorated and the Resident Assistants are aways kind and helpful. I wouldn't want to live in any other dorm that isn't Killingsworth, I feel safe and cared for in this dorm
