Sunwatcher Village was a comfortable place to stay. The location is very convenient and you get to have a bathroom that you’ll only share with one other person which will be your roommate. You get the privacy you need.

I honestly love Sunwatcher Village. It's just like apartments in the college. This is unlike normal dorm rooms. You have your own room and own sink for privacy. With a kitchen that has a dishwasher, microwave and oven. The apartment also comes with a Washer and dryer. The privacy is amazing.

Sunwatcher Village is great for affordable as possible with a four bedroom although it is still expensive for a cheaper look. You will be satisfied with the locks on your doors so safety is pretty good in the bedroom. I will not recommend first floors because the outside is dirtier than the second and third floors. Also, people will knock on your windows and try to scare you. Safety is an issue, we've had a rape case in the back parking area with a student and non-student in August 2020, but the inner dorms have higher cases so you have better luck. I would be careful with making sure your dorm front doors are locked, locked. Bedroom doors are lower quality so anyone in your apartment can see through the opening part of your door if they tried (I can see mine easily). I will recommend window curtains because the blinds are also low quality. The apartments has it's pros and cons, you just have to see what you are willing to put up with and what you are willing to upgrade.

Sunwatcher is in a better location compared to the other complexes. I feel pretty safe at Sunwatches as they have cameras and the crime, is very minimal. Neighbors can be a bit noisy but they are friendly and can be very considerate but overall living at Sunwatcher is a cool experience.
