Bragaw Hall Dorm Reviews at NC State

It is very convenient that anyone can get into the building at any time, however it does not make me feel especially safe. The staff here is very lovely, and I'm always getting a chance to talk with them. The maintenance crew are very quick with getting things done around here, especially in terms of safety.

My room was very clean at move-in and the dorm has been really clean so far. Bragaw is surrounded by great trees that provide shade and there is a nice grassy area with some benches. I have made several new friends in the dorm.

It is definitely a new experience coming from having my own room but in the short time I have been staying in Bragaw with my room mate and my other 6 suite mates I have adjusted very well. Communication between your suite mates is critical to prevent any arguments or conflicts. I absolutely love staying in Bragaw.

I had a great experience at Bragaw. Its on central campus and is next door to the dining hall. The resident advisors are great. Being an older dorm there can be some maintenance issues, but these issues are typically solved pretty quickly once you contact and RA on duty or the front desk. Also all the mail for west campus goes through the Bragaw front desk which is convenient.

Location is the selling-point for me, the common areas were also very nice. When I lived there the staff at the help desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. C-store in the building is a huge plus!

It was fun because it was my first semester and felt like summer camp, it it was a little grimy and the bathroom showers clogged easily. It was, however, conveniently located and it was nice having a C-Store in the dorm, too.
