A safe dorm with large bedrooms and nice kitchens. The bathrooms are a bit small and the furniture is not very comfortable. Overall, a nice dorm in a great location with good maintenance staff and nice staff.

overall Davenport Commons A is a nice dorm and at a pretty decent location on campus. It is one of the more expensive dorms which can be a deterrent for a lot of people. The apartment style is very beneficial for maintaining friendships and living cohesively in a given space. There is central AC and some decent common rooms but the main attraction is your living room space.

Due to covid restrictions, the common spaces were not open/at full capacity. All maintenance was processed very quickly and fixed within a day. It is apartment-style so all kitchen/living/bathroom space is cleaned by yourself.

Great apartment living with friends and the bathrooms are nice in the apartment. Laundry room is very clean but can fill up quickly for all the residents. RAs are generally responsive and nice if you’ve got a problem
